Swimming
I had fun when I was swimming it was so fun to be in the water and I enjoyed it a lot and be able to get refreshed. I learned more things than what I knew and I learned how to become a better swimmer when I go swim elsewhere. How to hold my breath and breath when I’m in the water I was a nice experience when I was their. Also how I helps us be better at swimming when some people were scared of swimming not they don’t have to be.
When we learned how to hold our breath I was kinda confused on how to do it last year because I didn’t understand what to do. Eventually I got help on what to do and then figured out it was a lot easier to hold my breath and. Then after that we had to do bubbles through our noses so that the water won’t go into your nose and not waste a lot of air. We practiced that everyday so we can get used to it and be better at doing that and. So we won’t get water in our noses we had to make sure not to forget to breath out and not in.
We also learned how to move improve on how we swim when the left hand cam out we had to come out and breath. And go under water again and start doing the same thing again it was tiring to do but it’s worth it in the end when we swim and got the swimming down. Also even though it was tiring we had to do it so we can swim properly and maybe be able to help other people out. We got to learn form our mistakes and become better at swimming by noticing the little things we needed up in and not do it again.
When we swam we had to make sure our head wasn’t to low but in same position as our hands to make sure we don’t drag ourselves down. And not to slow us down when we’re swimming or we’ll lose our breath quick. So we had to make sure we were in the right position to swim and not mess up because them we wouldn’t be able to get to the other side faster. When your head is low you have to maintain that position even when you come out of the water for air.
When kicking we had to have our legs straight and not curve them or we don’t get enough speed when we’re swimming and we’re slowing ourselves down. Which is something you don’t want to do because it could be bad and make you run out of air really quick and. Then you have to make sure you’re in the right position. And know when to come out for air and have everything ready when you do all of that and if you do a mistake you’ll just have to make sure you don’t repeat that same one only to get better.
